CONSTRUCTION
The machine units encrusting machine and tray arranging machine. There are two parts: encruster part and tray arranging parts.
FUNCTION
The encrutser part can divide dough to small product stuffed with fillings. For example: maamoul, cookies, mochi. mear ball.
The dough could be flour dough or rice dough.
The fillings could be jam, chocolate, cream, ice cream, bean paste, minced meat, paste mixed with small nuts (sesame, corn, peanut).
The tray arranging part can arranging the products from the encruster part one by one in the tray.
